PROJECT BRIEF

A new build residential complex of 35 residential apartments together with some shared facilities required an underfloor heating (UFH) solution that could integrate seamlessly with various floor finishes whilst giving high heat outputs.

PROJECT SOLUTION

We worked closely with the Bouygues project teams to ensure the smooth project management during installation. The system consisted of our AmbiClip system, using 17mm UFH pipe laid over EPS insulation board. A 70mm screed was laid over the top. The apartments are fitted with premium dial room thermostats for ease of operation.

This solution provides a strong and solid substrate for the varied ceramic, stone and timber floor finishes and the screed density helps to provide even heat distribution and retention.

END RESULT

A very robust and durable heating solution that exceeds our client’s requirement for stability, strength and acoustic protection required and also provides residents with maximum control flexibility and comfort.

FACT

Love spending time with the family. I want those that work with me to enjoy their job and be inspired to achieve whilst making it fun. The average child laughs 300 times a day, adults only 15! Laugh more and live better!
