Project Brief

The grade II listed building, originally built in 1930 as a residential apartments but was then occupied by the US Navy during the second world war and remained in that use (class 11B) until 2007 since it has been vacant.

On returning the building to its original role as residential apartments, our client provided a specific brief that met a very exacting set of demands.

The Solution

Our project design team worked with our client’s design team at an early stage to provide a suitable underfloor heating system. The project is very high end residential and a quality design was required to ensure consistent homeowner experience and to protect our client’s brand.

The Results

This is a super durable heating solution that gives the developer all the stability, strength, acoustic and perfection required for this prestigious residential project.

The system is integrated with the building management system (BMS) and provides residents with with maximum flexibility and comfort.
