PROJECT BRIEF

Magnificent property that used to be US Naval European headquarters and located in one of London’s most desirable garden squares is transformed into a collection of 37 residential apartments with lateral spaces and underground parking.

The grade II listed building, originally built in 1930 as a residential apartments but was then occupied by the US Navy during the second world war and remained in that use (class 11B) until 2007 since it has been vacant.

On returning the building to its original role as residential apartments, our client provided a specific brief that met a very exacting set of demands.
