PROJECT BRIEF
A challenging project with limited space on and around site for storage. With a low floor build up the system had to be a specialist screed to cope, but still provide the required outputs and levels for the premium finishes.
PROJECT SOLUTION
We provided a full floor construction and worked with the mechanical consultant to provide a screeded system within a space of 62mm.
END RESULT
The six-level home has been custom-designed with every amenity. Stunning results for a stunning property, now on the market for a cool £32.5m!
