PROJECT BRIEF
Our client had requested a dry system build-up in order to save on weight and drying times which also had to accommodate a mix of floor finishes from timber to tile and carpet. The riverside development, the tallest residential tower in the area, also need careful logistical consideration.
PROJECT SOLUTION
The system designed suited the client’s requirements exactly, comprising of acoustic rubber, floating floor system and cement board with programmable stats and bathrooms on a separate loop. This eliminated any drying times and is one of our most lightweight systems.
END RESULT
Designed, supplied and installed with our expert wraparound service, the finished result left the client very happy. The development will provide 103 superior one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, 24 hours a day dedicated concierge, private parking and cycle store.
