No1 Millbrook Park, situated in one of London’s most desirable locations, is often described as a hidden gem in the capital. The area is thoroughly spoilt with lush green space and a large woodland area.
The new phase of Millbrook Park delivered by our client Joseph Homes, offers 149 beautifully crafted homes, with a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom townhouses. Each townhouse has an integrated garage, good-size double bedrooms with large windows maximizing natural light.
WMS Underfloor Heating was required to design and install a floor build-up system with UFH on both the ground and first floor of each townhouse, including the garages.
WMS commenced the project through the client’s original M&E contractor, however halfway through the project they had parted. Working flexibly and efficiently, WMS had continued with the project, working directly for Joseph Homes to avoid delays on site.
