A luxury residential property located in Holland Park with a limited floor build up to include a wet UFH system. Due to the location of the property, there was extremely limited access to site, providing challenging logistics.
WMS took full responsibility for the full floor construction, providing the low profile system with liquid screed, insulation and our AmbiTak system. As a result of the logistically challenging location, high attention to detail was required with smaller delivery vehicles and bagged screed. This meant that there was a restricted amount of time for loading and unloading of materials, and therefore good project management and time management skills were necessary.
WMS completed the works to a high standard, on time and within budget, working within the restrictions of the project as well as overcoming any unforeseen challenges with a collaborative mindset.
