PROJECT BRIEF
A collection of 16 residential apartments within an existing building incorporating an additional story on the roof and limited floor to ceiling heights.
PROJECT SOLUTION
Due to the limitations of floor to ceiling heights, acoustic requirements and sub floor tolerances, a low-profile system which incorporated levelling of the sub floor was required. WMS proposed an Ambisolo system with acoustic membrane with an overall floor construction height of just 23 mm.
END RESULT
WMS worked in collaboration with the main contractor, within their program to deliver a floor construction ready for floor finishes.
