PROJECT BRIEF
The Lakes by Yoo is a stunning 650-acre disused quarry, transformed into a luxury second-home community in the eastern section of the Cotswold. The beautiful estate of eco-friendly houses built around several lakes ensures all properties have stunning lake access and views, secluded privacy, and luxury comfort.
The development consists of 90-holiday homes which range from 4 to 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and all made to order.
WMS delivered a complete UFH system with smart thermostat controls to 11 plots. One of just a few is the famous £2.5 million Barnhouse compromising of five bedrooms and an outdoor swimming pool with interiors designed by Britain’s most famous model – Kate Moss.
PROJECT SOLUTION
WMS successfully carried out the supply and installation of our Ambi-Clip UFH system to ground floor & 25mm Ambi Float UFH system to all upper floors with smart thermostat control.
END RESULT
All systems installed following our full CAD design to provide effective heating to the entire property. Control can be managed remotely on devices using the Neo hub system.
