PROJECT BRIEF
A luxury development of 14 homes in Chobham, Woking with a requirement for underfloor heating to both the ground and first floor, within a tight program delivery.
PROJECT SOLUTION
WMS worked closely with the main contractor, architect and mechanical contractor and overcame the program deadlines with a dry floor build up construction, removing the drying time of screed from the program.
END RESULT
WMS worked through the mechanical contractor delivering the project to a high standard, on time and within budget. As well as providing after sales support to the homeowners.
