- Build image and credibility of WMS and Radiana
- Develop content that fits with brand image and communication objectives
- Set up and manage social media, email campaigns, newsletters and customer presentations
- Develop and manage website including CRO and SEO
- Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and interpret outcomes via Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Keep aware of industry trends and share knowledge internally
- Identify and nurture prospects to feed lead generation process
- Support sales team with content and sales aids
- Organise and host client visits within our offices and/or show home when required.
- Manage and organise company gifts.
KEY REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
- Commercial awareness and result driven & focused
- Thrives in a team environment but is a self-starter, who is happy to work individually
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Highly numerate and literate with a meticulous eye for detail
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- B2B and construction experience would be an advantage
- Confident and articulate communicator (both written and verbal)
- A good appreciation of design and a competent user of graphics software
- CIM certificate preferred
- Full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Personable and presentable
